After installation do Update Project Raptor 9.1.20
You can update the client by running a self-extracting archive from the Generals ZeroHour folder or open it using an archiver.
The file that is responsible for the English translation is called. generals.csf
it is on the Generals ZeroHour \ Data \ English path

I recently had to upgrade my laptop as the old one's motherboard died. On the old laptop this mod was working perfectly fine, but it refuses to run on the new one. The old HP Omen17 w106-TX laptop had a NVIDIA GTX1070 6GB graphics card and DX12, with an Intel i7-5800HQ 2.4GHz 4 core processor, whilst the new ASUS A15 TUF laptop has a NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB card and DX12, and an AMD Ryzen 7-5800H 3.2GHz 8 core processor, but even though both had/have DX12 as the standard DirectX the mod refuses to load and run on the new ASUS laptop.
My problem is that whenever I try to run this mod on the new laptop it is giving me an error message, claiming that DX8.1 isn't installed and it cannot detect that my video card meets the minimum game requirements, which is ironic given my new video card completely blows those requirements out of the sky, so to speak, and DX12 far exceeds the minimum DX8.1 requirement.
I have the GenPatch and GenTool tools and fixes installed, because my Operating System is Windows 10, and my vanilla ZH install is working perfectly fine, as well as my Destructive Forces v1.4 mod installation (which is installed in a completely separate folder to vanilla ZH), and even though I've definitely installed this mod correctly nothing I've tried so far to get it to run has worked. I am using the First Decade version of ZH, and I'm not installing anything to do with ZH or ZH mods on the laptop's default C Drive (SSD), but on my D Drive (HDD) instead.
Any solutions for why it is refusing to run on my new ASUS laptop, which whilst it has a higher grade processor and graphics card is otherwise virtually identical in function to the old Omen17 laptop that the mod happily ran on?

2 Questions: In skirmish mode, Nuke General will build both Nuke Missiles but will not fire them. This is has been a problem for me since Fix 5. Is there a fix ? I have reinstalled & still have the same problem.
AI Renewal: I have followed your instructions on the video. This works perfectly. However, when importing your Skirmish Scripts to the map, the AI no longer builds super weapons at any time during the game. Everything else is fine. Is there a fix for this? By the way, this mod is excellent. Thank you for the English translation file & all your hard work. Keep it up!
We plan to do a slightly different super construction on the maps, in more protected places, the necessary positions for each map separately. While we are working on options with verification statuses.

if you read this article from start to finish you should be able to get the links for the 9.1.20 update, we are currently preparing a new installation build that will include the latest changes over the past year. As well as a new translation for 9.1.20 English version. need to wait for release
I realized one thing that it is better not to install raptor 9.0, immediately download 9.1.19 fix 5 and then 9.1.20. The patch is bomb! I recommend to all my friends as soon as I saw what kind of fights there. Oh, how long have I been waiting for such a mod to be played by someone, not just ZH
В соревновании при загрузке против АОП вылетает. (У сша летчика первым врагом стоит АОП)
Доп.: В соревновании за лазерного генерала при уничтожении всех зданий подрывника ГЛА засчитывается поражение вместо победы.
АОП уже исправили но пока не опубликовывали этот фикс. Закладывается в новый единый установочник для 9.1.20
Скоро планируем выпустить установочник с такими изменениями:
1. Убраны официальные карты от установочника 9.1.19 fix 5 и заменены на новые 24 карты с новым AI проработанным с нуля под версию 9.1.20. карты перенесены в раздел официальных. Боты смогут использовать убер юниты. (недостаток боты будут без супер оружия, оставлено на второй этап проработки). Время создания 8 месяцев.
2. Повышенная оптимизация у ботов до +400% FPS.
3. Добавлены исправления режимов графики, Низкий, Средний, Высокий. Уменьшены максимально допустимые значения партиклов частиц. Для высокого режима макс значение =2500, было =13000. Возможность выпадения фризов с частицами сведены к минимуму для больших сражений.
4. Новая текстура Убер танку Ядерного генерала.
5. В меню на месте логотипа, добавлено название сайта, ссылка на Discord чат и название сети Radmin.
6. Исправлена ошибка в поединках у генерала Армии Освобожения Палестины. Бот создан с нуля с новым уникальным сюжетом, с наличием озвучки и видео вставок.
7. Добавлен комплект исправлений по миссиям от Огурчика от 05.06.2021
8. Добавлены 3 сюжетных бота в роли миссий для одиночного режима игры, занесены в раздел неофициальных карт:
Doctor Anti Imbeks - общее время создания бота 65 часов.
Sinking ships - общее время создания бота 64 часа.
ATAKA_BOSS - общее время создания бота 100 часов.
9. Обновлена картинка при запуске игры.
10. Добавлен фикс с запасными названиями для ботов и миссия, для подключения новых аудио и видео. По 1000 названий. От Транзистора.
11. Обновлена информация об авторах в меню игры.
12. Изменен порядок выпадения противников в поединках.
13. Исправлено использование шрифта на Ariag, позволит писать маяки и брифинги для ботов на русском языке, с поддержкой английского.
14. Добавлены 9 видео вставок для режимов ботов и 13 аудио файлов.
15. MapCache собран по новому для официальных карт и добавлен в Maps с официальными картами для правильно отображения.
16. Добавлена FAQ папка с .BAT файлами которые работают по принципу закладок для браузера. Например: переход сразу в раздел технических проблем на форуме или в Discord группу.
