All Phase 2 Clone troopers and their abilities, that we want to include in the mod

Hi, guys, I just realize that we wrote this article about the Phase 1 clone troopers almost 3 years ago and we forgot to write the article about the Phase 2 clones :D

So, here is the long delayed info about all Phase 2 clone troopers. Of course don't forget it's WIP and any suggestions are most welcomed

The list:

Regular Clone trooper infantry:

DC-15S blaster - Spread out ability
DC-15A rifle - Spread out ability
DC-15S backpack - Spread out ability

Senior clone troopers:
Sergeant - Take cover ability, better line of sight
Lieutenant - Take cover ability, better line of sight
Captain - Take - cover ability, Call reinforcements (Landing party), Enhance defense and line of sight to all infantry
Major - Take cover ability, Air strike, Enhance health and line of sight to all infantry,
Commander - Take cover ability, Orbital bombardment, Enhance attack and line of sight to all infantry,
Artillery Commander - Take cover ability, Concentrate fire ability, Enhance attack and line of sight

Special clone troopers:
Rocket Launcher - Take cover ability, Deploy mines ability
Sniper - Deploy turrer ability, Sprint ability
Sniper Spotter - FOW reveal ping ability, Deploy mines ability
Jetpack - Take cover ability, Jetpack
Medic - Take cover ability, Sprint ability, Heal infantry and heroes
Engineer - Take cover ability, Deploy mines ability, Repair vehicles and turrets
Flame-thrower - Take cover ability, Sprint ability
Landing party troopers - Sprint ability, Deploy remote explosive (only reinforcements)
Z6 - Sprint ability
EWEB - Deploy, Sprint ability
Mortar - Deploy, Sprint ability


BARC - Take cover ability, Drop sticky bomb (Spawn after BARC Speeder death)
ARF - Take cover ability , FOW reveal ping ability (Spawn after AT-RT death)
Driver - Take cover ability, Steal enemy vehicle (Spawn after AT-TE and other heavy vehicles death), Repair vehicles
Gunner - Take cover ability, Repair turrets (Spawn after AV-7, AT-TE and other heavy vehicles death)
Gunner Spotter - FOW reveal ping ability, Take cover ability (Gun crew and escort)

So senior clones will be in their special companies right?(ghost company torrent company etc)or will there be more in the form of generic phase 2 soldier squad but they can be trained with the colors of each legion/batallion(blue markings,yellow/orange markings etc)

Each special legion/battalion will have his own commander, but also majors and commanders will be available for uild separately. Don't forget this article: Moddb.com :)

I have a suggestion that is kinda same than in battlefront extreme mod:

"Regular Clone trooper infantry:

DC-15S blaster - Spread out ability + Grenade launching ability
DC-15A rifle - Spread out ability + IEM Grenade launching ability
DC-15S backpack - Spread out ability + Mine"

They are regular clones, if they have all that, what's the point of adding special units then.
Grenade clones will be added to all units, if we manage to fix the throwing animation

So, from what I can see, the changes from Phase I are following:

- captain can call in a landing party now instead of a commander doing that,
- major now enhances health instead of defense,
- commander can call in now an orbital bombardment,
- both commander and artillery commander now enhance attack instead of defense,
- addition of a mortar team,
- gunner can no longer repair vehicles.

I don't really see anything wrong with those changes, as all of them can be reasonably justified. Thanks for publishing the article.

I really forgot about that article. The stange thing is that no onr asked about the phase 2 to remind us about the miss

Though truth to be told, it's a list, so I didn't expect anything to be unfitting in the first place. And I guess no one noticed the lack of this article because of that the Phase I one has been published a long time ago & it was comprehensive in the first place.

Will you have B3 Ultra Battle droids? Maybe the super tanks and DDT? Sorry, I only like the Separtists... Also... dont forget the CIS Supply ships!

Never mind i saw the planned units list YOU HAVE EVERYTHING I WANT! Besides the B3 Ultra Battle Droid. "This is new..." Mace Windu Said has he first saw the B3 Battle Droid. And I know this would be op but: Cortisis battle droids but you can only make five platoons, Maybe 3
