I'm back after a long absence :) I wish to express special thanks for suerteto and EPICxStealthy20 my account back. I do not want to disclose the details, but it was vile and disgusting on the part of hacker. And I started working on the mod. I want to show you the latest part work on what I'm working on.

Rex was not an arc trooper, like cody and most of the other commanders he was trained by Arc trooper Alpha 17 and other ARC troopers in a attempt to bring out the independence and the tactical ability all clones have. Even Rex said to Fives in sixth season episode "The Unknown" "Thats why your the Arc trooper"
I thought Appo was the leader of the 501st legion and Rex was the deputy.
actually Rex was the leader for the longest time but he soon step down and gave control to Appo :)

Appo was the sergeant then commander. Rex is only the Captain of the Torrent company
Wait so did Rex outrank Appo in the Umbara arc? Or was Appo higher ranking? That always confused me :P
No Appo was a Sergeant throughout the entire war but, when Rex left the 501st he gave Command to Appo. There was never a Commander in the 501st until Appo after Rex.
There was a never a commander mentioned. As far as I know by the end of the war there was 3 commanders, Appo (died at Kashyyyk) Vill (died above Bandomeer by vader) and Bow (Appo's Replacement) During the war it is a open to interpretation. Before the Umbara arc it was assumed Appp was on a another battlefield with other elements of the 501st. Now it is open to interpretation. Rex was only a captain so I am guessing he didn't have enough power to command the whole legion. The only Clone connected with Anakin at the time was Alpha(and had blue amour both phase 1 and 2), but as I mentioned he was kamino Training clone commanders. My Guess is that since Appo does not appear in any other Clone wars episodes, after Umbara he was transferred to another unit of the 501st and was recommend for Alpha - 17's ARC commander training shortly after. After wards he returned to 501st to take command of the full legion but rex's unit was still attached to skywalker. After what ever happened to rex, he helped out during the outer rim sieges and fought in the battle of coruscant and later the attack on the Jedi Temple. But thats just my interpratation, There are many plot holes in the clone wars that don't make sense so do what you want
Captain Rex was only in command of the Torrent Company during the whole war in my opinion (That's why he is a captain). About Appo, i agree with you that's explain why he "disappeared" after the battle

Never mind, but I got 1 question... Are you going to reduce the dikodia droids attack power so that the game is actually fun and not painful
When we release the mod if any unit is over/under powered we will make the necessary adjustments
