The hole of san andreas is flooded pretty much. Its just like real life flooding. LA has been hit by a Tsunarmi wich flooded the are of LA. The flood got ino las vagas. now las vagas is deep under water very deep

you have to bring back ur old water.dat files from backup to delete it
