Community Update (11/16/2023)
It has been quite some time since we last posted officially. That being said, we have not been sitting idly by. We have been as active as we can on our discord server and are steadily trying to revive interest in this project.
I have not given up!
0 A.D. Alpha 26 Optimization:
Most of the time spent has been dedicated to building the mod back up again from the ground up. Let me explain. A new version of 0 A.D. often means several changes to how the game uses scripts. So much so that many of Wildfire's own modding tutorials no longer work. That fact coupled with my MANY mistakes forced me to begin anew and wipe the entire project...
I spent a lot of time "back at the drawing board" and learning the many unique qualities of modifying 0 A.D. Doing so allowed me to re-create the "Fire Emblem: Three Wars" I had made nearly a year ago. Now I have made many improvements and am almost done with the very first faction!
The Current State of Adrestia, an Empire Long in the Making:
Early on I promised that the Adrestian Empire would be the first to join the mod. I have not lost sight of this goal and am preparing to add the first unit to the game. The faction details have already been implemented and Adrestia can now be accessed from the main menu! I know that after all that time, I really should have much more to report and I apologize for the wait. I now understand the phrase "Rome was not built in a day" in a new light and can apply it to my experience with building Adrestia. It is taking longer than I thought but I feel it will be worth it in the future...
Where is the Wiki?
About that... Fandom terminated it on account of the fact that it had not been used in a very long time. This means that all links that led to the Wiki now no longer work. I will not be making another wiki any time soon as this was kind of a punch to the gut for me(I spent way too long making it). I just can't see myself working on it until I can secure its longevity.

I hope you all find this post enlightening. I will continue to work on Adrestia and the rest of this mod for as long as I can. There will be another post if I have anything new to share.
