It has been a long long time since Finish Line was under progress. The project was a single man project, which unfortunately came to a stop. Now with a few extra members, we decided that the old boy should see the light of day.
We have decided to keep the basics the same, but have decided to go back to the drawing board to really create something unique. We want to create a mod where lots of different people can join and find something they enjoy. Not everyone likes shooting people, so we have decided to let the players play without the guns and just race to the finish. We realise that some people may not be as good as others, and they may also not like shooting people. They may also not like competing, they just want to play for fun. So we decided to allow people to play co-operatively through challenges.
All the media has been deleted, so the profile is very blank at this moment in time. Also the site is also non existant but this will be fixed promptly. Considering the mod was in hibernation for 2 years, the source SDK has changed somewhat. This has led to us deciding to do a complete re-write rather than poking through the code to get it in line with the latest source build.
