This mod is dedicated to the Victorian era (1860-70), when the formation of the German Empire took place, and Russia fought with the Ottoman Empire (1877-78). Since there is already a mod dedicated to the civil war in the USA in the vastness of ModDB, it will not be in my modification. Basically everything.
