Added more gang turfs for default gangs (Ballas, Rifas, Da Nang Boys and Triads)
Added Bikers, Mafia and Authorities
Bikers:
*Bikers can be seen hanging out around towns outside the cities
*Bikers turfs can not be taken over
*Bikers main turfs are around Las Venturas high ways and sometimes you can see them riding around the Las Venturas high ways in groups
*Bikers are neutral towards CJ and they are armed with Baseball bats, Desert eagles and Sawn-off shotguns
Mafia:
*Mafia is now the biggest gang in San Andreas since they have turfs all around San Andreas but Ballas still the biggest and the most dangerous gang in Los Santos
*They are mostly found in wealthy areas all around San Andreas
*Mafia main turfs are in Las Venturas
*Mafia are hostile towards CJ and GSF and allied with Ballas gang
*Mafia are armed with Silenced pistols, MP5 smg and M4 assault rifles
Authorities:
*Authorities are hanging around near government buildings (City halls and Police stations)
*Authorities are neutral towards CJ and hostile to gang members
*CJ won't get a wanted level from killing Authorities but they are heavily armed with Automatic shotguns, MP5 smg and M4 assault rifle
*Authorities will retaliate if CJ aimed guns at them or firing guns near them
