However the Russians have brought 30 or so tanks to this location so whatever this project is, it is clearly meant to be used on them. Download the zip file, extract and place all 3 files into the your custom maps Red Alert file. (Documents -> CnCRemastered -> Local_Custom_Maps -> Red Alert) Boot up the game, go to Missions -> Custom Missions and the mission name should be there.
