A few months ago I found the Kingdoms in Grand Campaign Mod (hereinafter - KGCM). It was a very nive idea to add some "forgotten" countries to the Imperial Campaign. So, thanks to Dave_Scarface (he is mentioned on the loading screen as author) and Voxhales, who uploaded the mod version, that is present on Moddb. I decided to add some things like my favourite Renaissance troops and the Appachean faction to create a rival for the Aztecs in America.
I suppose, my enhanced version of KGCM will be appreciated.
PS: City names and regions are translated into Russian. You may easily retranslate them back to English by changing the KGCM text files.
