Version 1.0.0 - The Great Northern War is here!
The Great Northern War expands the nations of Sweden, Poland-Lithuania, and Russia, while adding an entirely new nation: Denmark-Norway. This update includes new units, mechanics, graphics, and more.
Welcome to Version 1.0.0 - The Great Northern War
Here's what's new:
- Denmark made playable (campaign and battles)
- Roster overhauls for Sweden, Denmark, Poland-Lithuania, and Russia
- Over 100 custom units
- No new fortification construction
- Lighting and graphical overhaul
- New manpower system that replaces population (each unit uses 500 manpower)
- New government effects (government type effect public order, money made, manpower growth etc)
- Dynamic morale system
- New firing and reloading animations (from napoleon tw)
- New, more dense formations.
- Battle and Campaign AI tweaks (they should be a bit more competent)
- Accurate flags (thanks to Empire Total Flags mod)
- New trait system
- Religion plays a large role in public order
- Larger morale buff from nearby general
- Reworked fatigue and accuracy systems
- Larger battlemaps in the campaign
- Better sounds and smoke
- New loading screen art
How to install:
1. open the folder named "drop in data folder"
2. select all files (including the campaign folder, no need to open it just copy the whole thing), right click, and hit copy.
3. Navigate to Empire's data folder (...steamapps/common/empire total war/data)
4. Right click and paste files into the data folder.
5. Hit replace all when prompt appears.
6. open the folder named "drop in scripts folder"
7. copy both text files.
8. Type %appdata% in the search bar in the bottom left of your computer (near the start button)
9. open the appdata folder then navigate to ...The Creative Assembly/Empire/scripts
10. paste the text files in the scripts folder and hit replace all when prompted.
Keeps on crashing after I end turn and while custom battle loads :/

Hey uhh i havnt played that much yet, but how do units replenish, i click the replenish button and it didnt do anythin????
they replenish by turns, press the replenish button and it takes a couple of turns before they are fully replenish
Actually replenishment is disabled (as it doesnt work in a historical or a logical way. Instead yoy have to disband and retrain new troops. This makes veteran troops important.(aldo you can merge yroops by draging and dropping the same type of units)
Do you have plans to do something with this system? Disbanding units or keeping units only partiali strong is definitely more nonhistorical and illogical in my opinion.

Can i use the mod that unlocks all the factions with this mod? I would like to play with minor factions with this mod
My laptop does not have a option to but a graphic on very high that i rely like when in it is on very high so can you please work on this mod when you can so when people like me when will be able to download and have a option to but on very high graphic and then when i log in to play what ever faction i chose to play in the main camping and when i click on end turn so it can go with no problem with out crashing so please work on it when you have time so i can download this mods and but on very high and play for life with no problem can you please due that and please add a better victory condition like in imperial destroy mod that hold one region where the capitol is i rely like that victory condition it is 100% better then the other victory condition and the other this from this mod i rely like besides that what i told you i all so like from this mod add new regions those are the two things i rely like from this mod so can you please work on it and please add so you can see the hole world,increase income so will in the game when you but taxes on very low so even if you due that so you can get very rich,no fort,add buildings,when you click on a unit you want so when you click on next turn so you can have the unit that you want so it will not switch to a unit that you dont want it,when you go in to the game so before you chose what due you want to play so you can see like a video thing from the game you know what i man talking about will you ore in the game before you chose what you want to play so you can see wall movie back round from the game and will you chose what ever you want to play so you can see the history paints information about it like when the battle took place who did fight against who and so onto be honest with you that it will be up to you if you add it thats fine if not thats fine as well all i rely care about so i can use this mod for the game so i can play it for life with out any problems will in the game and when latter i log in to the game with out any crushing all i care is the game to work with this mod so i can play it for life last thing is all factions please work on it when you have time thank you in advance.

Try making a copy of the original scripts files and then deleting the originals and pasting the copys back in.
What have you done to the public order? it's impossible to maintain.
You're going to need to lower your taxes. In the next update public order isnt quite so volitile but its still more difficult to maintain than in vanilla.
