There will be build limits on the capital and super ships just as with the Consortium. The New Republic will use its newly expanded fleet to protect the innocent citizens of the Galaxy from all threats, as long as they don't get stretched too thin...

I only really have 3 of these left to make, defender, Bulwark, and I am also planning to make an attempt at the Dreadnaught myself
