Hotfix 1.00 to 1.01 file - DOOM Legions of Hell (SDL Version) mod for Wolfenstein 3D

There are a few bugs in the game that I fixed:-Episode 2 boss kills himself-A few missing floor tiles-Enemies can block pushwalls, causing the level to become incompleteable.

EDIT: The .exe name is Wolf4SDL.exe, I forgot to rename it to the DoomLoH4SDL.exe, so the shortcut might be misleading. But the .exe works just fine. The version number is in the top right of the game's Main Menu for reference.
