And I've right: The original file in OGG format have Sampling Rate at 22.05 kHz and Bit Rate at 33.2 kb/s

so in the main fodler right? just the base folde rof doom 3? do i need to edit anything?
put it into the [ doom3\base ] folder, you don't need to do anything more.
Just put the file in that folder and enjoy the HQ sound theme.
