Another day another patch for the Content Update Mod!
General:
->Upgraded to the newest Base Mod version meaning there is now a refresh button while gambling!
Items:
->Slightly increased the chance of higher tiered items to drop
->Nerfed the Runeword "Purity" chance to cast static field on attack from 20% to 10%
->New Runeword "Judgement"
->New Runeword "Humility"
->New Runeword "Lust"
->Reduced the amount of dmg% you can get on rare weapons from up to 550% back to 450% (same max as in vanilla d2)
->Added the "Mystic Gem", it can drop or you can purchase it at Akara and it's purpose is solely to grant Forging Power
->Nerfed Magic Find on uniques, runewords and set items to compensate a little bit for the new linear magic find
Item Crafting:
->Reduced Caster-Crafts magic find affix
->Added the Warmonger, Battle Mage and Trickster crafting lines
->Added a new file "Item Crafting.txt" and moved everything related to Item crafting there
Crafting:
->Slightly altered crafted jewels fixed stats once again (should be pretty balanced right now)
->Changed the recipes to craft Horadric Staff and Khalim's Will
->You can now buy dormant Horadric Staff at Fara and dormant Khalim's Will at Ormus and upgrade it into a Horadric Staff and Khalim's will with the Forging Hammer
->Changed the Tooltip for the Time Chamber Entry to note that you need enter it at /players 8
Gem Upgrading:
->Changed some Gem upgrading numbers
->(Overall a nerf to Gem upgrading)
Monsters:
->Increased the minimum hp of monsters in the God Dungeon and increased the hp of monsters in the God Plains
now i m stuck with lvl 90 summon necro @ dia clone :D
was the summon necro good leveling ?

Why can't i run the game in D3D after 1.5 update? Game just closes after i pick a character, am i the only one with this problem?
upd: fixed by entering game with Glide and changing resolution to 800x600/640x480

Yes it does.
All "+ x to all magic skills" and " x% to magic skill damage" works with all magic skills!

New HELL Mercenaries:
Act1:
Fire - Level 16 Might aura (+1 per 20 levels of merc), Multiple Shot, Fire Arrow
Cold - Level 16 Blessed Aim aura (+1 per 20 levels of merc), Multiple Shot, Cold Arrow
Act 2:
Unchanged
Act3:
Better skillset for all elements
Fire: Fireball, Firestorm, Meteor, Cyclone Armor + level 2 Conviction aura
Lightning: Lightning, Chain-Lightning, Thunder Storm, Static Field + level 2 Conviction aura
Cold: Blizzard, Frozen Armor, Frost Nova, Ice Blast + level 10 Holy Freeze aura
Act5:
Bash, Stun, Zeal, Taunt + Outlast Aura (Outlast aura gives everyone in the party 35(+1 per 10 level of the merc) all resistance and 10(+1 per 10 level of the merc) life replenish)

Maybe small changes but probably nothing big as I feel like they are pretty nice how they are :D

Hi. Probably silly question but how can you change resolution to higher one. As far as i remember update 1.5.6 implemented higher resolution support and in game i can only choose one of two 640x480 or 800x600.
Tried to look for some configuration in Glide but either i am blind or just looking in the wrong place or maybe both 😁.
You should be able to select it like you would select the normal resolutions.
If it doesn't work try to run the d2vid test in compatibility mode and select glide
Thanks for answer although it didn't work. I ran d2vid test as an administrator and in compatibility mode. Then out of 3 options i chose glide but still i have only 2 basic resolutions to pick for diablo 2. I was wondering how it would look like in higher res but still this mod is great to play even in standard 800x600.
Hello again. It is kinda bugging me with that resolution problem. I was wondering is there anything else I could do to fix that. I tried to run d2vid test in compatibility with windows xp sp3 and windows 7 from D2SE and directly from game folder. I started d2 game by double clicking modification as well as by button "start plugin" in D2SE. Always choosing glide and nothing works. I even downloaded content update 1.5.6 just to check if it would work there and unfortunately it didn't. Started the game then did d2vid test to see if this will help but to my bad luck nothing worked :(. I just wanted to know if I am missing something.
