Assume the role of Jacob Stiltz, a registered schziophrenic in care of the Walnut Cove: Hospital for the Criminally Insane. You don't have any recollection on your admittence into the facility, and you can't remember anything outside of the frame of the first day you woke up in your room to the day the patients revolted against the staff; forcing you out of the asylum and into the real world. What happens when a mental patient is released into the world unsupervised, with his only guidance coming from another inmate who suffers the same ailment as yourself?
