Just and update so this mod wouldnt be removed by admins. I have been working on not only on ww1 scenario , but also on 1871 scenario, just after Franco-Prussian war and German Unification. As you can see Ottoman Empire and Sweden are in their prime , will they hold their territories or loose them to other nations or internal strifes, you will be able to decide.
