After almost a year of working on this, I've decided to release the first offical version of this mod.
In its basic form, this mod converts Outcast into a story based Sith Stalker, Force Unleashed themed mod. The whole idea kind of came from the 2004 mod Dark Origins where you play as Darth Maul. So in a way, this is almost like a spiritual successor to that. (A few elements are borrow from it, I fully acknowledge that, but I don't take any credit for them)
I also take no credit for many of the models in this. I can take credit for PORTING them though, because a lot of them were originally made for academy but I've converted them to be used in Outcast.
Small notice as well, this mod IS NOT compatible with multiplayer. Try it, and the game will just crash.
I can say however that ONE model in the mod was made be me personally. A Rodian unit on Nar Shaddaa. That's about it though.
So, to list the many features this mod includes:
Rewritten subtitles (part of a larger plan for hopefully future voice acting)
Several model changes, including a few models ported over from Jedi Academy
Several ships in the game have been completely swapped around
Different music for several scenes
A different dark side themed main menu
Force Powers and lightsaber from the beginning (courtesy of Dark Origins mod)
Different sounds for certain characters and weapons
A new HUD design made by me personally
FIRST EVER Backhand saber for Jedi Outcast (needs a bit refinement, but is playable) ALSO ONLY WORKS PROPERLY WITH BLUE STYLE
New opening crawl, and two different pre-rendered cutscenes (they are just from Academy, but they work better for the story)
and lastly, sharper textures, as well as some vastly changed ones in certain levels.
