I have started mapping the first floor of the hospital, and the rest are to follow, Also, on the outside of the hospital, I have some flickering lights. I plan to have a separate map for the staircase to the other floors, just so it would make more sense. My logic is that If you go out of a level (unless on an elevator) you shouldn't spawn on floor two.
