This mod is till a major work in progress but there is a lot more implanted than in the last download, many borders and governments have to be changed along with events and adding more countries.

Yes I am well aware of all of this and many of these will be changed, as well as I can with the way provinces were added into the game.
China, TannuTuva, Memel, Albania, Istria, Zara have all been fixed and I believe Cyprus is a single province, so I can't do that, unless it is more than one
I have just checked Cyprus, and it will have to be split completely in half, Turkish Cyprus will be a separate state which will be a vassal of Turkey
if this mod is set in 1991 then u should break yugoslavia in Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
