(formerly Custom Troops) I made this mod for myself (to play around in free mode mostly) but I decided to release it for the community to try. My focus was on changing the things I didn't like about vanilla troops, which means some changes may not be balanced properly, so beware of that. Version 2.0, which contains tweaks to swarm units and a rework of the rune heroes

General:
- Stat bonus for ranged units is now +5 dexterity +5 agility
- Stat bonus for melee units is now +5 strength +5 stamina
- All spears requirements changed to Heavy combat arts only
- All spears have an attack range of 2
Rune Warriors:
- All rune warriors get a small boost to specific stats to better fit their role
- Warriors, Fighters and Archers skills changed for a specialized playstile
- Mages, Mentalist, Warlocks and Priest skills and spells changed for a specialized playstile
Humans:
- New shield for Recruit which gives bonus armor class
- Paladin casts aura of dexterity
- Bloodhound apply suffocation on attack
- Bloodhound movement speed increased by 10%
Elves:
- Wanderer casts Salvo
- Wanderer Iceshield spell removed
- Wanderer cost increased
- Pixie apply poison on attack
- Pixie movement speed increased by 10%
Dwarves:
- New spear for Watchman (cosmetic)
- Battlepriest armor class increased
- Battlepriest weapon damage decreased
- Titan casts aura of dexterity
- Titan aura of regeneration spell removed
- Stone rams apply slowness on attack
- Stone rams movement speed increased by 10%
Orcs:
- Thug movement speed increased by 15%, thus making it a scout unit
- War boar apply weaken on attack
- War boar movement speed increased by 10%
Trolls:
- Titan casts aura of inflexibility
- Titan aura of weakness spell removed
- Ironbeak apply manadrain on attack
- Ironbeak movement speed increased by 10%
Dark Elves:
- Darkblade weapon has a small chance of applying dark banishing
- Upgraded Havoc weapon changed (cosmetic)
- Titan casts aura of weakness
- Titan aura of inflexibility spell removed
- Darkwing apply lifetap on attack
- Darkwing movement speed increased by 10%

Increased skills for all rune warriors, to allow them to use more equipment.
- Warrior and Fighter heroes get +1 to all skills
- Mage, Warlock, Priest and Mentalist heroes get +1 to their main magic skill
- Archer heroes get +1 to ranged skills, also they all have both bows and crossbow skills

All units received a small stat bonus based on their role, as follows:
Melee Units: +5 Stamina, +5 Armor class
Ranged Units: +5 Dexterity, +5% movement speed
Spellcasters: +10 Wisdom
Humans:

Elves:
- Druid bonus gets doubled
- Druid cost is increased
Dwarves:
- Elite bonus is doubled

Dark Elves:

- Elen's gift now equips casters (healer,wintermage and druid) with symbol
