Conflict Canada Media Update 2
Hey Battlefield 2 fans and community!
This is CDNCommando co-leader of the Conflict Canada Mod. We return this week with update number 2. We can't wait to show you all the goodies we have this week. So without further delay our mod team would like to show you all we have done to date.
Map
First up is a map by our very own Shady. This map is called Blizzard and has a winter theme. He has been working very hard and has numerous maps on the go right now. This map will feature a large amount of trees and snowy rolling hills. This map will come with our first release.
Weapon
The first model we have to show is the mainstay of the Canadian Armed Forces. It features a 3.4x ELCAN Scope and an extendable stock. This gun is called a C7A2 and is a very nice piece of hardware. This model generously donated by Shawn and tweaked by Matte and Sarge. The skin was done by H2yo.
Player Skins
The following skin is the pilot skin you will see for Canada. This cool skin was done by H2Yo and can be seen whenever a Canadian hops into an air vehicle.
That concludes our media release number 2. We appreciate your reading this, I really hope you enjoyed all the content we have showed you today. We have put in days of time and hard work to bring the mod up to its current state. I would also like to add that we have a website up and running here. Everyone at CC would like to encourage the community to come to our forums and chat it up with us. We are always around and we will gladly answer questions and take suggestions. We also have many positions open still. These positions include:
-Coders
-Skinners
-Modelers
-Mappers
-Animators
-Webmasters/Designers
Please note there are no nationality based qualifications. Anyway thanks again for your support and we would appreciate any feedback you may have.
Looking good, keep it up!...One thing I see wrong with your map Blizzard is that the fog isn't affecting the skybox. Also, the link for the first player skin screenshot doesn't work, and the link for the website links to a screenshot.
