The aim of Conflict Arising is to take the best aspects of an FPS multiplayer game, and combine it with strategy. The result should be a kind of future-war simulation, but fun to play. There will be large scale maps, using terrain such as desert, ice, tundra etc. Each team (red or blue) will start at their own end, where there will be a Command Centre. One person can go into this building and become the commander. Once there they are able to construct new buildings, and manage resources and power to the rest of their base. They can also give orders to other players. Players are able to purchase new weapons and vehicles (at the expense of the team's resources), such as buggies, aerial fighter craft, troop transporters and tanks. Troops are also able to collect more resources for their team via the Resource Centres dotted around the map. Please visit our website for more information on the gameplay, the story behind the game, media, and information on all entities.
