Commanders of War III is a realism mod for the game Men of War: Assault Squad. It takes place in the war-torn Europe of late WW2 (1944-1945). Its main focus is larger battles with an emphasis on infantry and light-medium equipment and armor rather than heavy armor, a wide variety of units — especially for the infantry — and realistic tank combat.
