It has been a long time since our last appearance, so in this latest update, we are showcasing brand new screenshots of some of the maps included in Combine Destiny 2.
Utilizing the spectacular HDR lighting taken from the new Source engine, to bring Combine Destiny into the new generation.

wow, looks pretty good. design in CD1 wasn't anything special (very good in some areas, poor in others) but this looks nice.

are you going to have lots of zombies again or what?

The level design looks significantly better than CD1, I honestly can't complain there. Hopefully it'll be good throughout the entire mod.
As in terms of gameplay, I really hope you guys look more into it this time. CD1 was, for the most part, pretty dull.

I would recommend to play-test it often. If you don't like a certain part, try any kind of different route with it as you can. If it doesn't work out just cut it completely. It?s better if it?s shorter and more memorable (like MINERVA: Metastasis) instead of lengthy and filled with mediocre level design and really dull combat.
If you keep this in mind we might have a really fantastic mod in the works, I really like what I see at the moment and wish you guys good luck with the project. Looking forward to it!
