You'll need to install DoDTools to your game first, and then run cagebreak.exe to expand all of your game's files before you can launch these maps.

What to do when after following all the instructons (with DoDtools) the game doesn't start custom maps but instead after a few seconds of loading screen it crushes (without any error message) to desktop?
