Modified version of HFM intended for multiplayer balancing. ALL of the games modififiers have been extensively reviewed by yours truly in the effort of making for a more fun, vanilla (with sprinkles!) experience for you and your multiplayer lobby. Includes my version of HFM (which I could unfortunately not modify the name of, due to a directory issue with the games map [???]) and culture change mod for HFM, which is an excellent mod and user Rightproperlad deserves full credit. Also I added in an independent cornwall with a treaty port in brazil because fuck it why not.
