Hello everyone and welcome to Cheeks of Steel!
After a few months of development, we at Underdog Games are proud to announce our debut title, which is scheduled for release during the second quarter of next year.
As you've all probably read, Cheeks of Steel is a classic, 3D Platformer created using the Unreal 3 engine. For more information however, you can find the Story Overview, USP's and Game Specifications here, or under the 'Feature' section.
Currently, we are roughly one third of the way through production; with not only a test level, but all the pickups & power ups modelled, some of the core mechanics coded, and a 3D version of the main character, shown below;
Over the upcoming months, we aim to deliver frequent news updates as often as each week, containing various images and videos to satisfy all your eager needs. The first thing to look out for will be a brief video of each power up in it's primitive state, demonstrating how each will be created, along with some of their uses.
This will be available for viewing on the 15th October 2008.
In the meantime, I hope you all enjoy our first brief insight into Cheeks of Steel, of which I can guarentee there will plenty more of to come.
