This Was Created due to needing a skin for dyom & as theirs was not any other mods out their it did this to my knowledge, i created this the only problem is the sa on the swat van & Choper Also The LVPD Police car does not display the liberty city PD Decal in black it will be blacked out but the letters Can't be fixed if anybody uses this in a dyom link to the page Don't steal it.
