All the general powers have combined, new units and new stuff

As you can see, the general powers have been combined, you can now have A10 Thunderbolts, B52 (Still working on that), and a Spectre Gunship! I am working on china's merging generals. We are making great progress with the mod! Great work guys! :D Pilots are now buildable, and no biohazard technician. Thats right, no one to sweep up the poison from the aliens. :P
