Another shot of the upcoming ninja type hireable troops (which now upgrade into ceremonial assassin droids).
is this in the current release?
It's in the next release, which should be called Beta 1.65 (there's still alot that can be done).

There are other swords that exsist in this universe. THe katana isnt hte only type of bladed weapon that exsists. this is a science fiction western mod. inthe old west chinces laborers were used in noteworthy numbers. it is far more likely a chinese type weapon would be used.
and what about native american stylings or spanish, both groups participated in america historically. would it kill to have some spanish mercenaries. or at least somethign quasi spanish. did you guys even do your homework
Why are you applying restrictions?
This troop is a mercenary, avaliable through hireable asassin troop tree upgrading. It was included to expand the cultural range of the aliens and people inside the mod and provide something else that people could enjoy... there's nothing to state them as even human.
It's up to the player weither they hire them or not, which allows them to moderately determine how they want the game beyond their own character.
I also applied this to my Calradia - Dark Alleys mod, where it's possible to hire through troop tree choices, but as they only appear as merc's, it's up to the player weither they appear in the game or not.
