In this modication for Call of Duty 4 : Modern Warfare you start a multiplayer match with only a Knife for creating carnage, and smoke grenades to do want ever you want. ( Cover up the Carnage... ). This modification also descretly takes away some menu options for clear and consise set-ups when creating games for playing.
