It enhances all textures, all effects (like particles blood splatters or bullet holes), modify AI (more agressive and can see you from a mile), change gunplay (guns have proper names and can shoot far away like in reality - shootouts are real fun now), changed damage input and output for every firearm or melee weapon (you give as much damage as you recive from foes),icons are new, menu is changed a little to better fit whole snuff theme(and "Kill the Rabbit" is now properly named "Pool of Tears"), every scene has now it's own self made loading picture and Cash has finally thumbs :) I highly recommend using Ermaccer's "PluginMH" (that can be installed via his "Fixer"), so Manhunt can be played in FPP mode - it's really good.

Manhunt Blood Moon is end-all mod. This game gets hardcore with this mod but every scene can be beaten 5 stars with just a little practice, steady hand, good aim and steel nerves. I mean REALLY HARDcore. Daaayuuum so can the Nail Gun finally shoot people from far away? And what about difficulty levels (I'm a pussy so I use RADAR) is the AI slightly weaker on normal difficulty or is it same as hardcore, with your same adjustments intact?
AI seeing you a mile away and staying in Orange mode (alert level) longer (I assume thats what you mean by "more aggressive")sounds fantastic to me.
Nailgun shoots further but not riddiculously far away, it would break the stages it is in. AI is the same in both difficulties - just like in orginal. As for more aggresive - yes it does mean that.
