Everything is 100% polished now. Extra enemies are spawned as they should be and everything about the feature is good to go. No broken issues when saving and loading games. Civilians are intact and working perfectly now. No more broken skin issues. 6.1 is the final conclusion to this long-winded mod and frankly I'm relieved. So, get in there and have some fun with B2EC.

Ok so I may have missed a few things in the last supposed final update for B2EC. This however is sure to be the last update for the mod. The extra enemies feature and reinstalling of the citizens came with some bugs still intact in 6.0. They are fixed now.

No problem buddy. I just hope this is it for the mod. I think it is this time.
Not sure what's causing it but it won't stop crashing on the 3rd nightmare level. Was wondering if you could possibly know what it is. I've checked without mod too and still happens. Also sometimes when you load into first one you fall straight through the floor.

Yes. I just resorted to restart level and load it by using command that allows me select levels. sorry for the super late reply.

Only a couple of drawbacks: for some reason models look somewhat stretched vertically on my 16:9 monitor; bodies ungibbable by knife or pistol sometimes cause troubles like this, blocking a door: Imgur.com
