Banner Competition
As you can see our old banner, which was really just a place holder anyway, is now too short for the new layout, so we decided that we were going to have a Banner competition, there will be 4 winners, and the banners will be placed in a rotation so that one will be selected randomly every time the page refreshes or you visit a different part of the site.
The prize is a) you get to have your banner on the site, lol, b) your a guaranteed Beta tester.

And it would be best to add a 2px thick solid black line at the bottom of your banner, for formating reasons.
There isn't a file size limit on it however remember that there are people that are still using dial-up.......56kbps......those poor souls.....
Must have something to do with bleach; ie, name or character.
