So the Counter-Stike 2D 1.9 is here and so the vortigaunt is born.
So actually the beta vortigaunt was a hell but this is better.
The based is on the original cs2d vortigaunt and i pasted all the parts from the beta vort to the new vort.
SO THIS IS FINAL!!
