26th release of BioRand. Lots of bug fixes and some new features for RE 2.

RE1 as Chris when i switch to Rebecca to use the V-Jolt her inventory is full and glitched out to where i cant pick anything up or even use the debug to edit her inventory it just crashes the game whenever i try to enter the inventory option on the debug menu
Please add the function "cutscenes skipping" of RE2 in next version, cutscenes waste so much time and boring because we have to see them 1.000+ times. The seamless version of dolphin had this function by press Enter button.
This sourcenext port of RE 2 does not have any support for cutscene skipping. Large amount of work and modding is required to add that, including implementing extra room script for each room with a cutscene.
Biorand could potentially remove the cutscenes altogether though.
