Age of Strife is a complete conversion mod for Lord of the Rings, Battle for Middle Earth. Set in its own fantasy world it aims to allow players to use several new factions with a few altered gameplay mechanics for some hopefully enjoyable skirmish battles. Over time new factions and maps will be added, gameplay will be refined and animations will be improved, so if anyone plays the current version and likes it keep an eye out periodically for new content.
Description
This version of the mod should be fully playable in single player skirmish mode. There are currently two factions playable, Kelreich and Suvia, and the game still uses maps from the original BFME, though the map creeps have been altered to fit with Age of Strife's world. To install Age of Strife simply download it and open the zip file (not inside your BFME directory, that'll cause problems), then follow the instructions provided in the text document Setup Instructions

Just to confirm, you do not need this version of Age of Strife to play later versions, if you wish to play this mod I would advise downloading the most up to date version instead. Just go to files and select the most recent update, this version is mostly just being left up for anyone who is having trouble playing later versions.
