BEYOND THE BATTLEFIELD is a total conversion mod for Battlefield 1942. The mod is based on the conflicts between several parties that were seen in Command and Conquer. Mainly Red Alert and the original. This mod will add several new features to the game. Here is a short list of what we will try to include in the final release of the mod. It plays just as battlefield 1942 does, except there is a commando class to build things, pay for research, and make decisions for his team. There are a ton of new features, don't expect these to come in near the begining, but if you stay with us we will eventually get them in, or try to, depending on engine limitations. - A dozen or so different classes (commando, sniper, chrono trooper, flame trooper, spy, engineer, tesla trooper, a pilot class, and more) - A money system based upon damage dealt. - A commander class, this class builds your base, buildings, and does research, they can only see what his troops see because of the shroud of war. Me and Kennykane had a discusion about BtB. He wants to do Generals to, and i thougt: "Great lets do it, but how about Red Alert 2, I would like to fly around in a Kirov." He sad that Red Allert 2 does not fit in. I still do not understand that. But now it is up to the people. Do you want a Red Alert

Do you want a Red Alert 2 to be part of beyond the Battlefield to, or do you want to leave it out.

It is not between generals or ra2!!!! Generals is in already, but do you want RA2 in?!?!?!
