Can I just download this one or so I have to download 1.2 and 1.2?
this will only replace the asteroids, so you also have to use 1.2 or 1.3 for planets and backgrounds.
Will I need to use this with 1.3.1 or is it already included?
it's not included in any version. use it if you want asteroids replaced, don't use it if you want unmodded asteroids.
