Battlefield 40k's Mission Is to transform the Tabletop game of Games Workshops Warhammer 40,000 into an FPS for the Battlefield 2142 Engine. We will use the new features of BF2142 to add what was not possible in BF1942 and BF2 version of the mod. Walkers, Cloaking and the use of AI controlled support weapons (Tau Drones, Imperial Turantulas & etc.) The aim for first release is focusing on Imperial Guard Cadians vs Tau Campaign The other races that may be ported from BF40K-BF1942 may be Space Marine Blood Angels Chapter, and Chaos Space Marines: Emperor's Children Legion. This mod is not supported or endorsed by Games Workshop in any way and is unofficial.

The texture needs to be updated to BF2/2142
standards.
You should make a more dynamic HUD, these soldiers are wearing full out face-plate battle armour after all, a more interesting combat HUD that made you feel like you're actually in a power suit. Kinda like Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, or the mechwarrior series type huds, with auto warnings, alerts and cool things like that, those HUDS really make the game a lot more intense in the middle of a firefight.
the 2142 3d - map is dynamic enough
Blue Drake i was thinking the same thing are you reading my mind? Ive palyed alot of MechWarriors I`m Playing MEchwarroir:Mercaneries right now.Real Good Game.Also Why show the ammo not too realistic.
Great work i hope to play the mod.But sadly i dont own 2142 only Complete pack of BF2.
This is just a picture of our mod for 2142 in its very infancy. We are planning to do what you have mentioned :)
