The Black Hole Scout Car really isn't sure
what it wants to be. It's got full armour
coverage like a tank, but the armour is barely
thick enough to stop small arms. It has wheels
like a car, but turns more like a tank most of the
time. It has a powered turret with a dual
machine-gun. However, it's high top speed and
fuel reserves leave no doubt as to the
vehicle's role as a recon machine.
