The Pandora is Black Hole's version of the
APC. Like the Jaguar, it can move soldiers around
the battlefield, protecting them from small arms
fire and shrapnel, as well as resupply nearby
vehicles. However, it exchanges the Orange Star
machine-gun for the ability to resupply a vehicle
or infantryman merely by being nearby.
