Version 0.1 file - Basic Pen and Paper conversion mod for Baldur's Gate III

At the moment it's a simple mod that increases (and decreases) spell and weapon ranges to try and bring them more in line with PnP. It also changes Fire Bolt to deal the correct 1d10 damage :).
