ARS:Dev Diary (v0.6 ALPHA):The Addition of a Technological and Cultural Knowledge System.

Posted by on

In case you are interested in the development of mod in our discord: Discordapp.com

Because of the mod if it happens at a time very far from our present,we are adding a Technological and Cultural Knowledge System, which will serve for countries to discover their origins and learn how Old World artifacts worked, not necessarily creating new weapons, industries. Thus enabling a different gameplay of other mods, as it depends on the player of which option you want to choose for your nation.Political Power will be replaced by "Knowledge", and will also affect the Political Staff.

Decisions

This system will directly affect the Focus Tree, since all focus will have prerequisites of this system.

Example Focus Tree Interference

Each Knowledge acquired will benefit (or not) your country, with very different variations, such as the change to countries of the old world through knowledge (Our Past) until discovering technologies much more quickly (Old World Technologies). The goal is that all countries, even those that do not have Focus Tree or events, will be able to evolve and become (or do not, by choice) countries of the past.
