First, this is mainly a gameplay modification, so it should be working just fine with custom maps and visual mods. It can work on hl2 base, or ep1/ep2 base.
Second, it's highly customisable due to scripts and con-vars, so you can use it as a base for your own work. Just give us the credits. AND yes, we are inspired by SMod. Not by only it itself.
