I've made some minimal changes to Argentina-specific files in order to tweak the country to my liking (more historical accuracy and plausibility without unbalancing much the vanilla game). I threw in some graphics too. This should be compatible with any other mod that does not modify Argentina-sepcific files and keys. Please, check the CHANGE NOTES no Steam for the exhaustive list of changes, to learn what it is included in detail. Or check the thread at the Paradox forums for the consolidated list of changes. IT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS. English localisation only.
