Think how to do this.
I figured it out alredy. Just place blue portal on left up place and go into blue portal out from orange one and open orange portal when youre in mid-air (place orange portal where he placed on middle of map #point#) and open a blue portal down of you and you get to the button. But before you do this you should throw cube to up place. (To button I mean, right?)

Shoot above the turret then floor then floor by the button, then you fall in fly out and button.
