A base FPS mod upon which you can build and make your own!
In an attempt to make weapon animations easier to carry out, I'm currently looking into this. If it causes too many problems it will probably be removed and I'll revert to the old method, though.
Also, I'm struggling a bit with the sawn off shotgun, which is partly the reason that video is getting delayed.

But if player model - only arms, what happened with cutscenes?
You should still be able to see Max in the cutscenes, since this is the weapon model, not the player model. I thought about making the cutscenes first person too via camerapaths (to solve problems and to make the mod more awesome too), but alas, Max Payne 1 doesn't handle cutscenes the way I thought it did (save for the first level, which doesn't help that much).
Weapon model with player hands? Ok.
