Well, here it is. Alpha Team Mod's first news item. First things first, here is a description of what the mod aims to be:

- LEGO Shop at Home Catalog (U.S. version), Summer 2001Alpha Team is a Half Life mod based on the Alpha Team set from Lego. The player gets to control a member of the team and help fight the evil Ogel, who is trying to take over the world with mind controlling orbs. The player gets to fight Ogel with a high tech arsenal of Lego weapons, all of which you will need to utilize to defeat the evil Ogel.

We plan to construct a lego world in Half Life using lego maps, textures, models and skins. You will get to control lego characters and use lego weaponry all in a lego environment.
As this is our first update I would like to draw your attention to the work done so far. Firstly we have 7 models finished which can be viewed in the gallery, 6 are the Alpha Team characters, the 7th is the zombie model... Alpha Team's generic enemy. We also have a website up and running which you can view via the link in the mod profile.
Keep an eye out for further news items, we intend to provide regular updates of our work and any problems we encounter along the way.
